Christian Harned
Advisory Board
Christian serves on the Advisory Board as a class representative for the Class of 2021.
Christian joined the New York City Law Department in 2022, where he advises City agencies on a wide variety of environmental law and land use issues and represents those agencies in related litigation. He previously worked on energy policies targeting low- and moderate-income communities at the Pace Energy and Climate Center, prosecuted civil rights violations for the City, and litigated on behalf of low-income clients at a legal services organization.
Christian received his J.D. from CUNY School of Law and his LL.M in Global Environmental Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
