Justin Gundlach is a Senior Advisor for Policy Implementation at New York State’s Department of Public Service — the state agency responsible for utility regulation. He worked previously at the Building Decarbonization Coalition, the Institute for Policy Integrity at NYU Law School, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School, Georgetown University Law Center’s environmental litigation clinic, and Crowell & Moring LLP.
Justin received an L.L.M. with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. cum laude from NYU School of Law, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. magna cum laude from Wesleyan University.
